Supply A Thirsty Family with Clean Water #659 (Psalm 57:5) Much of the World is in short supply of clean, safe drinking water. Especially in Rural areas where streams and rivers are used for bathing, watering livestock and washing clothes. Through our infrastructure, “Grandpar-ents for Christ” will provide pumps, wells, filters & water storage systems to impoverished families where they are needed. Survival Kits for families #310 & #436 (Psalms 57:1) In the struggles of each and every day families & children need simple things such as a water bucket, cooking pots, a small stove, soap, and when the night falls warm blankets to keep warm. We take so much for granted don’t we? Livestock & Farm Projects: #657 & #608 (Psalms 107:35-38) One dairy goat can supply a family with 4-5 quarts of milk a day and almost a ton of milk, butter and cheese each year. A nanny goat can produce as many as three kids a year, helping a family to start a small dairy. Life Saving Food #562 (Isaiah 58:6-11) As needs are met and starving families are fed, you provide a hearing for the gospel. Three 100 pound sacks of grain can feed a typical family for about two months. Well, we also know for children in impoverished areas a supply of milk is good for teeth & bones and its yummy to the tummy. In poverty stricken areas where food parcel & staples are non-existent, malnourished families receive rice, beans, flour, salt, cooking oil and other staples. Leaving smiles and goodwill! Emergency Housing #658 (James 2:13-18) When disaster strikes, families are devastated, losing all they have, being driven to strange territories to rebuild their lives. Help us to provide sturdy shelters to those in need. A strong frame, metal roof and heavy-duty plastic for the sides - This is a typical emergency shelter. Their are teams on the ground to help put them together & with your HELP and Gods love families can rebuild their lives. Coats for Kids & Families #651 (Matthew 25:36) Something simple as a coat can keep little ones warm. But a child with-out a coat, can find no rest. We can help! Local believers will deliver to needy families and provide these needed essentials.
